The same technicians can find and fix leaks on the same day if required. This includes removing floor finishes and excavating concrete floors to access leaks. Once the leak has been located and repaired, we re-test to minimise missed leaks.

Recoverable Costs
Costs are usually recoverable through building insurance, under ‘trace and access’. We provide a report and itemised invoice to assist with a claim, this includes appointing an insurance accessor & arranging all works to be carried out, meaning that you don’t have the hassle in organising trade men.
We also supply materials i.e. Tiles, Wooden floors & doors.
